Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is provided free of charge and is only valid for shipments by General Post , with a maximum cash on delivery amount of 490,00€.

Upon receipt of the products you have ordered, you pay in cash and the amount due to the employee of the General Post Office, who delivers the order to you.

Payment by debit, credit or prepaid card Visa , MasterCard , Maestro , American Express , Diners and digital wallet Masterpass .

By using a credit card, you are able to pay in up to 12 interest-free installments , provided the card is included in the list of cards that support interest-free installments through the Alpha Bank payment gateway. Click here for the List of Interest Free Installment Cards.

All card payments are processed by redirecting to the secure Alpha e-Commerce payment environment of Alpha Bank and use TLS 1.1 encryption with encryption protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

Bank deposit

If you do not have a credit card or you do not use the cash on delivery method, you can pay for the order by bank transfer. In this case, the order remains in a "standby" state after its registration, until our accounting department confirms the deposit of the amount in one of the following bank accounts:
